Troubleshooting Seesaw Folders!

I had a great question from a teacher who is just starting to use folders in Seesaw with her class. I thought I'd share my answer here, in case anyone else is having the same problem as they implement the use of folders into Seesaw!
The teacher wanted to start using folders to organize student work by subject for assessment purposes. She added the folders easily (CLICK HERE to learn how), but when students posted their work, they couldn't see the "add to folder" step and couldn't add it to a specific folder. If you want students to be able to add to folders, you need to go to Manage Class > Manage Folders > Show Add to Folder Step and be sure you select "students & teachers". This way, students will see this option when posting their work to Seesaw.
If student work has already been posted, teachers can edit the folders by selecting the three little dots underneath the post and then choosing Edit Folders.
Teachers can edit work that has been approved and work that is still unapproved. Remember that it will take some practice to get students into the habit of selecting folders to put their work in! Make sure to spend time on showing them this step and practice, practice, practice! :) If you have other questions about using folders in Seesaw, check out their Resource Center.
