This is super cool! Duck Duck Moose + Khan Academy = FREE Apps!

I am so excited about this news ... one of my favorite app developers, Duck Duck Moose, has now partnered with KhanAcademy and their amazing apps are FREE!  Whoop!  Whoop!  Here are some of my absolute FAVES!

Chatterpix Kids has always been free and incredibly awesome.  Allows students to take a picture of anything and make a 30 second recording of that thing "talking".  If you haven't tried this, you should!  NOW!  It's super fun and easy and such a great way to let students share their learning.
Draw & Tell  is a great app for creating drawings and videos.  It has pen tools and stickers to allow students to explain their thinking and learning, and easily shares to a site like Seesaw.  Similar to Draw & Tell, but with different graphics and stickers to shake things up are Princess Fairytale Maker and Superhero Comic Maker.

Moose Math is a great, engaging way for students to practice early math concepts at their skill level.  Students have a profile so teachers can track their progress, and it offers 5 levels for students to work at.  This is one of my 5-year-old daughter's favorite apps!

Click this link to explore their other apps.  You can add these apps to your devices through the App Store on your iPad, or email BPS Help Desk and ask them to put them onto your devices.  They'll just need to know which app and which iPads you'd like it installed on.
