One of my absolute favorite apps for the classroom is Book Creator. This is such a versatile app that can be used across a variety of grade, subject and topic areas, making it definitely worth the $4.99 price (available at half price if using Volume Purchasing Program).
Book Creator recently created a collection of resources for teachers, which can be found on its website at https://bookcreator.com/education/resources/. This is a great way to search for lesson ideas, gain some inspiration, or view a quick tutorial.
I also love this simple anchor chart Mrs. Tieszen created for her first graders. Visual reminders are key for young learners. This simple prompts help her students be able to work independently on their Book Creator books.
