We made these really cool projects SelfieScoot projects using the free app PicCollage Kids in several classes last week. Most of the teachers use Seesaw and were able to post the finished pictures there. However, some classes who don't use Seesaw wanted to print the photos, so students would have them as a keepsake. This works great from an iPad with AirPrint, but I found that printing from the camera roll didn't allow me to change the size of the photos. However, printing directly from the app allows you to resize and print as an 8.5 X 11 photo.
The photo will automatically save to the camera roll of your iPad. Then, click "print at home".
Once the printing options open, you can select your printer, choose the size you'd like to print, and select how many copies you'd like. Easy peasy!
If you don't have access to a printer with AirPrint, you can send the photos to your computer and print from there. To do this, I would suggest using AirDrop, Google Drive, PhotoSync or just emailing them to yourself. All of these options will allow you to transfer your photos from the iPad to your computer.
If you don't want to print, but you do want to share them, consider making a slideshow of the collages that could then be shared with parents via email or a blog. CLICK HERE to read my post about tools I like to use for making photo slideshows. Below is an example using the free app Flipagram.
