Using a super fun unit from
Cara Carroll, we have been learning about the moon today and we will continue studying the moon all this week. In math, we measured different sized moons to see how many "craters" (Cheerios) would fit in each one. The kindergartners had a difficult time with the concept of "estimating" how many first - but eventually most of them got it! Some of your kids have some moon measurement homework for tonight. :) This could be a fun family project!
