We have had a wonderful first week in kindergarten! We have read some wonderful stories, like The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn and Clifford's First School Day by Norman Bidwell. The kids have done a great job of learning our rules, listening and following directions. It is normal for them to be very tired during these first few weeks of school. Hope they can get some rest this weekend, and do something fun! Looking forward to our first full week next week! :)
Glad to hear that it is going well. I think this is the fourth time that my son has started out the school year with 'The Kissing Hand'. It seems to be a favorite. :)
